This policy explains what Gullwing Charters collects when you visit our website, book a trip or fish with us, and how we use it. We keep it short because we collect very little.
What we collect
Booking details you send us: name, email, phone, group size, date, departure and notes
Messages you send through the contact form or by email
Gift certificate details: purchaser and recipient names and email addresses
Basic, anonymous website analytics such as pages viewed and device type
Cameras on the boats
Offshore boats carry a small camera on the T-top for catch photos. Footage is shared only with your group and deleted after 30 days.
Photos
We take a photo at the fish board and email it to the person who booked. We only post photos on social media when everyone in the photo agrees.

To improve our trips and website
We never sell your information. We share it only with the services that help us run bookings, email and payments, and only as much as they need.
How long we keep it
Booking records are kept for two years for tax and gift certificate purposes, then deleted. You can ask us to delete your details sooner at any time.
Your choices
Email us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop receiving emails. We reply within 30 days.
